We just got in the new Tula Pink solids collections, Unicorn Poop and Dragon’s Breath! They’re fabulous and they coordinated with all of Tula’s fabrics, so they’re a must have for any Tula fan.

Yes, finally I have something new to report.  

I've made a start on a pattern from Willyne Hammerstein's Millefiori Quilts Book 4.  

The pattern is called "Bont en Blauw", which translates to English as "Black and Blue" - which is a bit unfortunate because that brings up disturbing images in most peoples minds.  So I'm going to come up with a different name for my happy little quilt.   

There are only 2 shapes in the pattern, but there are lots of opportunities to play with colour and pattern.

For our second make of Christmas we are bringing back the Brooke Wristlet tutorial featuring the pattern by Sew Many Creations.

This is the first bag pattern tutorial we introduced you to because it is VERY easy. Even if you have never made a bag before, you can get great results with this pattern.

There are only five pieces of fabric, a zipper and a swivel hook, which is just about as basic as you can get with a bag. And we’ve made it even easier for you by making up several kits using Laurel Burch Feline Frolic.

Long time, no finish...but here's a nice one!  I started this quilt in January 2018 and finished up this past fall and then waited to gift it this past December.  This is the Carnival Quilt and it was designed by Ashely from Film in the Fridge.  She has a few versions of this quilt on her website with different fabrics.  This one was a kit that used Lotta Jansdotter prints.  I love the combination of prints and solids in this quilt.
